Andrea launched her real estate career at age 16. Right after her parents had completed construction of their dream home on 13 acres in Ada, Michigan, Andrea found her dream home and approached her parents, "but, Mom and Dad, it has a swimming pool, and it's on the Thornapple River, and it has 4 bedrooms, 2 fireplaces, and a heated 4-stall workshop garage for Dad.” Next thing you know, her parents were buying the home Andrea found and selling their dream home.

Andrea is a sharp business woman, avid reader, critical listener and acutely aware of what defines a quality life. Her upbeat, laid back, friendly persona and keen ability to create unique opportunities that put people and places together have elevated her to the top of the real estate profession. In her “spare” time, Andrea enjoys walking her three dogs with her husband, Robert, playing tennis, biking, sailing and travel.

Wendy has been assisting waterfront and luxury property investors as a member of the Andrea Crossman Group for over 13 years.  Her patience, compassion, and expert listening skills were evident in her prior career as an instructor in Emergency Medical Education Programs throughout southwestern Michigan.   Applying those skills to real estate, Wendy is especially adept at interpreting client concerns, finding unique properties and creating ownership opportunities.  

Although Michigan has always been Wendy’s home, her love of scuba diving has taken her to exotic sites around the world.  When not working with home buyers and sellers, Wendy enjoys fine art, photography, spending time with friends, sports, and travel.

Kersh Ruhl

Kersh is a native of Santa Barbara, California where he developed superb client service skills as a fine dining chef at The Four Seasons hotels and as co-owner of a catering company boasting a star-studded list of clientele in the Southern California area. 

While on the west coast, Kersh developed an appreciation for luxury waterfront properties and in 2004, he brought that love and knowledge of coastal real estate to Holland, Michigan and The Andrea Crossman Group where he partners with clients in the search and acquisition of unique real estate investment opportunities.  Exceptional work ethic, well informed, friendly and flexible are just a few of the terms clients use to describe their experience of Kersh.  

When not out scouting for real estate opportunities, Kersh enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor sports and travel.
